L''cole Culinaire offers an excellent educational opportunity for the career-minded chef with a unique program structure based on ten-week phases rather than traditional college semesters or quarters.
This means instruction is concentrated and intensive and dedicated students will truly get the most from the program.
Students also participate in internships in St. Louis foodservice facilities, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and casinos. |
